Microsoft has released another cumulative update KB4103714 for Windows 10 Version 1709. This is the second cumulative in May 2018 after KB4103727. Microsoft has been releasing two or more cumulative updates in a month for the past few months.

My system has tried and failed multiple times upgrading from 1709 to 1803. However, after just now successfully installing the KB4103714 update, the upgrade to 1803 no longer shows up when I check for updates. Does anyone know whether KB4103714 precludes being able to upgrade to 1803?
