Download Intel Graphics Driver 27.20.100.9466: Fixes for Cyberpunk 2077 and Other Games

Intel has released another update for its line of GPUs. They have released a graphics driver update version 27.20.100.9466. This update applies to Windows 10 version 1709 and above platforms only, as these are DCH Driver packages that are meant to run on Universal Windows Platform (UWP) based editions of the OS.

  • Lag experienced while playing a 4K/2K/ Full HD video in 8K60 Tiled mode with the application window maximized has been fixed.
  • The issue with the MST side monitors not displaying after unplugging the DP switch side monitor has been addressed.
  • The fourth display which did not light on in “second screen only” mode while four displays were connected via Displayport in a daisy chain has been fixed.
  • The issue of the screen lagging and freezing while zooming in and out in a movie playing in Movies and TV application has been addressed.
  • The occasional freezing of the video when exiting full-screen mode has been fixed.
  • The problem with the 8K monitor blinking in “extend” mode or “2nd only” mode has been fixed.
  • The issue with a video showing lag or garbage in full-screen mode with an 8K monitor connected has been addressed.
  • The issue of some users experiencing the 8K monitor being inactive after the last driver installation has been fixed with this release.
  • The issue of half display being blank when rebooting with 4K single Tiled display connected via Display Port has been fixed.
  • The corruption of the color green while rotating media playback has been fixed.

  1. Download Intel’s Support Assistant.
  2. Double-click on the downloaded package to install the Support Assistant. On the first screen, agree to the terms and conditions and click Install.

  3. On the next screen, choose whether to Accept or Decline an Invitation to Intel’s Computing Environment Program. This will not affect the installation.

  5. The Support Assistant will now take you to a web browser where you can see your computer’s details, as well as any recommended drivers to be installed. Click Download/Install beside the recommended driver.
