If you have upgraded your Windows to Windows 10 Version 1709, then you don’t need to update .Net Framework 4.7.1, as it comes pre-installed with Version 1709.

Hello, i have a dumb question, but it may be important (who knows?). I’m installing .Net Framework but i see there’s a newer version of it that simply doesn’t have spanish language. Since my OS is in spanish, is it necessary to download the same language for framework or it’s just about choice? Thank you!
