Our Process

1. Discovery and Planning

   • Designed a workflow system that assigned and tracked tasks between operators, managers, and tailors. Each stage of the order process triggered notifications and set timelines for completion.
5. Data Migration
   • Manually migrated all data from the custom-built Magento system to ensure data integrity.
6. Testing and Launch
   • Conducted rigorous testing for design accuracy, system functionality, and performance.
   • Launched the website and provided training for the client’s team to manage tasks and orders.
