    • Hi Ramazan, all the downloads given in this article are exe files. You will find the exe files which can be installed directly by running the executables. Can you explain how you have downloaded the file and which file and how you are running it?

Hi bro, First of all, thanks for your kind answer..
I downloaded Chinese language pack which is 152MB and named as “windows6.1-kb972813……” , and it is for 64x based computer, windows7, no mistake about it either. When I click to install, as I said before, it just create a folder in the desktop named “Ip” . I can send you an image of this folder, or shortcuts of all the files in this folder so you can see their names.. shortcuts Is that possible to email you for this? this is my email, please let me know if possible:

        • The only thing that I can speculate is that you do not have Windows 7 Ultimate or Professional version. If this is true then you will need to install the language pack using Vistalizator. You can download Vistalizator from here:

Thank you for this. I don’t know why Microsoft’s web site says ‘see your administrator’. I AM the administrator, so give me the stupid language packs already!

    • Thanks for the compliments. Brother, I have only provided you with the download links. The actual languages packs still belong to Microsoft.

This languagepacks are ‘exe’. Vistalizator wants ‘lang’. ????
